Worked good for the first day and now will not even recognize the speaker. App will be great after fix.

This is a great app to have for your UE Megaboom.

This doesnt deserve one star, it deserves 0. I paid $300 for this speaker and it DOES NOT connect to the iPhone. My iPhone is updated. The app is updated. The speaker is an hour old. I called and told them the problem thinking they would be able to fix it and the idiots at Logitech admitted they have no clue whats going on and that their app has problems. Go spend $205 on the beats pill plus. Do not support this company horrible customer service horrible app horrible everything. Im returning it now. Very upset.

Im connected to speaker via Bluetooth and its playing music fine but the app wont detect it lol ok cool. Great customer service guys

For anyone who is having issues charging the speaker. Try resetting the speaker. By holding the volume down and Bluetooth pairing button at the same time. Worked for me. But now I cant turn on my speaker through my phone. REALLY ANNOYING! Update: since my first review a few months ago. There has yet to be a fix for the remote on functionality. The speaker will not turn on through app ONLY turn off. I noticed many users have this same issue. Its a shame because the speaker worked fine for almost a year and its the best speaker Ive owned. This needs to get fixed ASAP. I work for a cell phone company and I always recommend these. Now Ive been recommending the new JBL flip 3 instead.

After getting a new iPhone and redownloading the App, connection through the App no longer works. It is essentially useless. Please fix.

The app for both the Mega Boom and Roll I own will not connect with the speaker now after it worked for months. Support will give you 1 thing a day to try via email support without any successful fixes. Its not worth the money without a functioning app.

I purchased my Megaboom, sounds absolutely amazing and bought another one to pair them together. Now I have not had to reach out to UE for support, so I can not comment on that. That said I really enjoy the app and speaker.

The speaker is great and the app is an even better idea. I find myself needing more EQ adjustments to get the perfect sound Im after. With a simple update, this could easily turn into a five star rating.
